Young actress Natalie Portman is probably best known around the world for playing Princess Amidala in the Star Wars franchise, but now she's ready for more grown up roles. The first on her plate is the role of Alice, a stripper in the new Mike Nichols movie Closer. As part of her role, 23-year-old Natalie appears on screen nude for the first time and she says she's ready for stills and clips of her naked body to be splashed all over celebrity Internet sites. Hmm, what's a celebrity site? Says Natalie, "Yeah, it'll be nude celebrities dotcom. But that's fine. I'm not scared. I'm brave. I feel like I've got to a point in my life where everything I do is active rather than reactive." But Natalie, who first rose to fame at age 13 in Luc Besson's Leon, dismisses suggestions that she took the role just to prove she's all grown up. "I'm not doing things to prove anything. That makes me comfortable with whatever people walk away with. I can still carry on my own life without being hurt."
